My personality is described as high-energy-yet-introverted. Both sapio and heart centered, my 'ness' holds the balance of living in all etheric and dynamic ways.
Being child-free by choice allows a different way to see and be in the world—this choice centers distinct ways of giving life, unique freedom, spaciousness, and time dedicated to my outlying senses of purpose. Much of my time is spent in nature which supports my practices of mindfulness and self-care. Growing food and mushrooms, raising dogs, yoga, dance, being married, and committing daily to presence all influence my pleasure and nourishment sources.
As someone who experiences gender in a femme-presenting-yet-non-conforming way, the complexities of gender (or really, any identifying feature of having a body and a personality) are meaningful to me. I love to be present for people who are coming into a greater acceptance of themselves and their self-esteem!
Transpersonal tools continue to be instrumental to my sense of self and wellness, many of which I cultivated during my five years living in Asia, and on trips to the Peruvian jungle. Such realizations, recovery methods, and practices that were learned during these times continue daily on my meditation cushion, in my garden, and with my clients. These include yoga, meditation, psychedelics-as-medicine, writing poetry, and more.
Merging yoga with astrology and adventure gives me context for recovery and a chance to practice reframing my perspectives on boundaries, truth, trauma recovery, safety and presence. My experiences in sharing space with those who are transitioning from life also contextualize my way of being and my ever-evolving therapeutic methods.
I’m also vegan, but not annoying about it! Depth work around eco-grief is a touching and inspiring therapeutic topic.
I am driven by depth and want to offer you an experience of being seen, felt, and known.
Re-Source Therapy comes from a felt and lived experience of living in a disjointed emotional state and wanting to access coherence to my truth and existence. It also nods to acquiring resources to communicate and confront clearly, to emotionally regulate, and to hold presence in the here-and-now.
I consider myself an ally of those who are marginalized.
As of December 2025, I am a pre-licensed clinical mental health therapist.
